Chicken Shawarma Pita Pockets Recipe ❤️ A Healthy Snack For Ramadan 🫶🏻

Ingredients: (Makes 5-6)
For the chicken:
300g chicken, cutted into small strips
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp fennel powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil

For the salad:
1/2 medium sized cucumber, chopped
1/2 medium sized tomato, chopped
1 cup of chopped lettuce
2 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp olive
2 garlic cloves, grated
Salt to taste

Pita bread

Marinate the chicken with the rest of ingredients and keep aside for 30 minutes. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden. Mix all the ingredients for the salad until combined and fill up the pita bread pockets with the chicken salad. Serve hot with potato fries.
