Hi friends! I compiled my 5 favorite easy, healthy snack recipes for kids to make on their own! They’re so yummy! I hope you enjoy, the ingredients are below!
0:10- Energy Balls:
1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 TBSP Flaxseeds
1 TBSP Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup or less dark chocolate chips (I used a 1/3 cup)
You could also try raisins, cranberries or coconut!
4:00 -Pizza Toast:
-Bread for toasting (I used our favorite Canyon Bakehouse gluten free brand)
– Pizza Sauce
– Your toppings (I used Pepperoni)
– Mozzarella Cheese
– Oregano (optional)
7:10 -Carrot Cake Bites:
8 pitted medjool dates
1.5 cups almond flour
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
pinch cloves
pinch salt
2 TBSP nut butter of your choice
Optional: unsweetened coconut

14:26- Peppermint Bites:
1.5 cups unsalted almonds
1 cup pitted + chopped dates
1/4 cacao powder
2 TBSP Milk (we used almond milk)
1 drop peppermint oil or 3/4 peppermint extract
Crushed Peppermint candies
16:47- Yummy Italian Pinwheels:
1/2 cream cheese
1/4 diced sun dried tomatoes
2 TBSP chopped spinach
1 minced garlic clove
1 tortilla
1/8 tsp salt
5 leaves of basil
optional: parmesan cheese and olives
