We are back with another Millet recipe using Bajra Flour. Bajra is an excellent source of protein,fibre, iron and folic acid. It keeps Obesity in check and flushes out all toxins.

We are sharing the recipe of Bajri Vade packed with Nutrition. You can pack this for your kids lunch box or carry them for your train journey. Crispy from outside and soft from inside this dish can be served for breakfast or as a snack. Check out other recipes on our blog in the link given below 👇

Ingredients:

1 cup Bajra Flour
1/4 th cup Wheat flour
2 tbsp Rice flour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Garlic and Green Chilli paste (2 Spicy green chillies and 5 garlic cloves crushed)
1/4 Cup Yoghurt/ curd
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves ( you can also add Palak / Methi leaves to this dish)
Water to knead the dough
1 tsp oil for kneading the dough
Oil for greasing and frying the Vade.

Serve with Chutney/ Raita pickle or ketchup.
