Herbed Rice:
2 cups of Cooked rice
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp of Mixed Herbs (Italian mix or the Dominos Packets will also work)
1 Tsp of Chilly flakes
1 Tsp of Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
Coriander Stems Finely Chopped (my secret ingredient) 1 tbsp
For Creamy Mushroom sauce:
2 tbsp of Olive oil
1.5 Cups of cleaned and cut mushrooms
4-5 Garlic Cloves chopped
2 tbsp of Flour (all-purpose)
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
1 cup of grated processed cheese
Parsley for Garnish
