Hi here is the recipe:
*Mix 1.5 cups of room temperature milk with 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 cup of coconut sugar, 1/4cup of olive oil together.
* Add 3/4 cup whole wheat flour and 3/4 cup millet flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, a pinch of salt and mix to make a lump free batter
*Add 1 cup grated Carrots and mix again
*Bake at 160 degrees for 12-14 minutes
