The day began with a refreshing glass of lemon water and soaked almonds, followed by a hearty breakfast of upma and a cup of tea, she enjoyed some seasonal fruits for a mid-morning boost. For lunch, Srishti indulged in chana dal khichdi with cucumber raita, and later snacked on puffed rice bhel with another cup of tea.
She hit the gym for an intense hour-long workout and refueled with a protein shake afterward.
Dinner consisted of a delicious pesto pasta, and she finished off the day with a glass of basil seed water before bed.
