Making healthy homemade salad dressings can make all the difference on a salad, wrap or dips. It’s so easy to put together a healthy salad dressing, and opportunities for different flavor combinations are endless. I’ve put together 3 of my favorites. These 3 dressings are essential to my kitchen. They make may salads wraps and sandwiches come alive.

Sweet Cashew Dressings
Ingredients:
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup raw cashews soaked overnight or in hot water to soften
3 pitted dates
1/2 yellow onion
2 garlic cloves
1 lemon juiced
2 tbsp oil of your choice (I used sunflower oil)
salt & pepper to taste
Green Goddess Dressing
Ingredients:
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 bunch cilantro (a handful) cut of the hard stems on the bottom)
1 lemon juiced
1/2 yellow onion
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp oil of your choice (I used sunflower oil)
salt & pepper to taste
Simple Tahini Dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 yellow onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp tahini
1 lemon juiced
1 tbsp
maple syrup
1 tbsp oil of your choice (I used sunflower oil)
1 tbsp soy sauce
pepper to taste
