Today, Alane made a raw Brussels sprouts salad with her favorite apple & thyme vinaigrette. Now before you jump to the next video because you don’t like Brussels sprouts, hear us out. RAW Brussels sprouts taste way different than COOKED Brussels sprouts. It’s definitely worth a try to get this nutrient-packed vegetable into your diet!

Raw Brussels Sprouts salad:
-Dice a handful or two of Brussels sprouts
-Dice a red bell pepper
-Add any other veggies you want (a great way to use up any leftovers!)
-Add protein of choice, Alane used leftover BurgerFit burgers in this video
-Drizzle with apple thyme vinaigrette or dressing of choice
