► Ingredients

500g spinach
1 onion
150g green onion
50g parsley
2tps olive oil
2 garlic
4 egg
1/2tps turmeric
1/2tps salt
1/2 black papper
50g barberry

★Directions

cut the onion into rings and fry it in a pan with olive oil without changing its color (this is very important) and add one garlic.
After washing the spinach and green onion, dry them and chop.
break 4 eggs into a large bowl.
