In this edition, I´ll be cooking a quinoa fruit recipe and talking about eating healthy to lose weight and maintain our nutrition.

Small amounts of calcium, B3 (niacin), vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids.

Gluten Free – Quinoa is naturally gluten free, making it an ideal alternative for celiacs and those looking for gluten free alternatives.

Low Glycemic Index – Quinoa has a glycemic index of 53, which is considered low, making it ideal for controlling your blood sugar levels.

High in Antioxidants – Quinoa also provides a high concentration of antioxidants, which help to fight off and neutralize free radicals and disease in the body.
