In today’s video I am going to share with you
High Protein,High fiber weight loss dosa recipe
You can make easily this Dosa,
and everyone can easily add it to their diet
Those who want to lose weight,
PCOD/PCOS, Thyroid, Diabetes, High cholesterol issues
they can easily add those in their weight loss diet.
Single Dosa, calories-97kcal, Protein-6.2g
This Dosa is very healthy, tasty, and easy to prepare.

To make high protein dosa
first ingredient is moong dal(green gram)-1 cup(200g)
second ingredient
chana dal (Bengal gram)-1/4 cup(50g)
In the case, you are taking
100g green gram to take 25g Bengal gram
Add 2 spoon rice(10g)
Wash it 2-3 times
Then add sufficient amount of water
and soak it for 4-6 hours

After soaking wash it again
Add it in mixer jar
Then add ginger-6g, green chilli as per taste

We are not adding water,
in place of water will add bottle gourd.
Bottle gourd is low in calories,
it contains nearly 96% water,
very healthy vegetable,
so if you want to lose weight
add bottle gourd more in your diet

If you don’t have bottle gourd
add ridge gourd or cucumber.
Kids usually don’t like to eat bottle gourd
so it is the best way to add bottle gourd in their diet.
Add salt as per taste, and cumin seeds- 1tsp
Grind it, don’t need to make a too fine paste
then I am taking capsicum-50g, and onion -100g,
chopper I added coriander leaves-10g, and other vegetables,
chop it finely

Add chopped veggies in batter and mix well

Then how we generally make dosa the
same way with this batter you have to make dosa,
there is no need to add oil on it.
If you are making this dosa for kids,
add 1 spoon oil while making dosa, as they need more calories

we can add 2 weight loss dosa in your diet,
at breakfast or dinner time
Single dosa, calories-97kcal, Protein-6.2g,
Carb-15g, fat-1.1g, fiber-3.5g
If you are adding 2 dosa in your weight loss diet
you will get 194kcal, protein 12g,
carb-30g, fat 2.2g, fiber-7g

This dosa is very healthy and tasty,
