This isn’t the same old sandwich, the result is mouth-watering!
INGREDIENTS
Brioche Mince meat Oil Sliced cheese (gouda) 200ml Heavy cream 400ml Milk 4 eggs Garlic salt Butter
METHOD
Cook three bread-sized hamburgers.
Place a slice of cheese on each bread and on top of the hamburger.
Place another slice of cheese and another slice of bread on top.
Pour heavy cream into a square dish.
Add 4 eggs and milk.
Add pepper and garlic salt and mix.
Put the sandwich in the egg mixture and turn to cover the whole sandwich.
Put butter in a pan and cook the sandwiches until the cheese melts.
