ingredients
beetroot
banana
carrot
peanuts
procedure:
wash beetroot, carrot,and banana.
peel beetroot and carrot
grate beetroot and carrot in a bowl
slice banana and add to the bowl with the grated beets and carrot.
Add peanuts to the other ingredients and mix all together
served and enjoy.

this one so today I’m going to show you
how to make beetroot banana carrot
salad I’ll start by introducing the
ingredients and the utensils that I’m
having and also give you the benefits of
using these ingredients then I show you
the way to prepare it so we go to the
utensils I have a knife a kitchen knife
that is I have a grer it is broken but
it does the purpose so don’t mind that I

so these ingredients are really simple
and easy to get just outside your

healthy and fresh so these are bananas I
like my bananas they are well cleaned by

this packet of peanuts you can use other

it’s not so sweet it’s not sour it’s
just in between really well balanced

bananas you can use apples actually or
rather you can do without the fruit it’s
really yummy and very healthy I would

easily to get and they are also cheap
and very fresh and they very healthy by
