Make this low calorie, high protein Tandoori Shawarma!

Hands down, the easiest (and tastiest) way to make Shawarma with a whopping 18g of protein.

Recipe:
1/2 cup peanut curd
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp cumin
1 green chilli
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp garlic paste
Salt to taste
Juice of half lime

Blend all the above ingredients for the sauce. Add salt & pepper to taste.

1/2 large tomato or 10 cherry tomatoes – diced
1/2 medium onion – diced
1/2 small cucumber – diced
Squeeze of lime

Mix all the veggies in a bowl & add a squeeze of lime.
2 pita or kubbus

1 pack Hello Tempayy Tandoori Thins – pan fry the tempayy 1.5 mins on each side until golden brown. You can either cut it into strips or add them as is.

To assemble:
Add 1-2 tbsp garlic yogurt to the kubbus. Then add the veggies & top off with the tempayy thins. Garnish with some chopped coriander. Serve with garlic yogurt on the side.
