Here’s an easy and delicious snack idea! This is a snack which is made in south india and its called ‘Chembappam’ (chembu means taro and appam means fritters and it got this name because of it has the shape of taro). Hope you’ll try and let me know if you do ❤️

Ingredients:
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 tbsp rice flour
2 eggs
1/4 sugar (use more or less as you prefer)
1/4 tsp baking powder
Salt to taste

Recipe:
1. Add eggs, sugar and salt into a bowl and mix well until combined. Add the flour, rice flour and baking powder and mix again until smooth and creamy (the consistency should be as shown in the video).
2. Heat oil in a wok or pan and add the batter in small quantities and fry until crisp and golden.
3. Dust with icing sugar (optional) and serve hot. Enjoyy!!
