good morning cutie beans welcome back I
am back from shooting my last uh
miniseries that I did which was so fun I
was away on the East Coast I thought I
was going to be filming in New York but
we ended up filming in Lancaster
Pennsylvania which is actually the Amish
Country so fun never been so cool to see
it all but needless to say I’m back and
I wanted to do a good old full day of
eating spring is upon us my appetite
just changes so much during the shift of
the seasons like in the winter time I
want warm Foods I want like beef roasts
and everything to be very slow cooked
and just warm I guess but then the
second it starts to get even a little
bit warmer outside I’m craving oai bowls
I’m craving fresh fruit fresh salads I
want lighter meals so I wanted to do a
little full day of eating Springtime
addition since we are here baby I’m so
excited oh I am so ready you guys I’m so
ready even though I live in California I
know I I’m I’m very blessed I’m very
fortunate but it still gets a little
cold here it still gets a little gloomy
I’m so happy that the sun gets goes down
way later like here we go I’m going to
make myself a Macha

latte I am going to be having some raw
milk I’m going to make this matcha with
raw milk I actually just picked this up
yesterday I’ve been having some raw
yogurt in my diet lately
um I haven’t had raw milk this is my
first time trying it which is also
another reason I wanted to film this
full day of eating this is an A2 raw
milk which is probably the highest
quality that you can
get going to add my
collagen I’m going to add a splash of
the raw milk and then I’m going to add
just a tiny bit of the raw creamer too
okay girls and
boys it’s really good use like a little
bit of honey but because milk does have
a little bit of protein in it and my
cagen has protein I think my Machel
latte has about 10 to 12 g of protein
obviously you want to be really really
careful when it comes to raw milk raw
products because if they’re not
pasturized it could have bad BAC in
there but at the same time high quality
raw milk what it does have is it has the
enzymes and probiotics in it that
actually helps to digest the lactose so
struggle with you know maybe not feeling
great when they consume Dairy it’s
because the milk is basically burned to
kill off any of the probiotics that are
going to help you digest it raw milk
obviously doesn’t have that problem but
it can also if it’s not from a good
source it can kill you so uh something
to watch out for or I get mine from um
or called rainbow acres here in Los
Angeles it’s amazing let you guys know
how I feel I’m not like I know it’s a
trend right now and honestly I like kind
of like it I like trying new trends so
we’ll see what happens if it’s not
sitting well with me then I will let you
guys know and I won’t be doing that
anymore but let’s try it also since
we’re on the topic of probiotics I have
started taking a new probiotic from this
company called pendulum they are
sponsored today’s video but I have been
taking them for the last month and I
haven’t really spoken about it cuz I
wanted to try it out I found out about
them actually from um one of my clients
who really working and improving her gut
health and she spoke so highly of this
brand I wanted to try them out myself
and I’m so excited cuz now I get to work
with them they have this strain called
acrania muila which is often considered
a keystone strain for gut health and
it’s kind of newly discovered um it’s
not in most probiotics that you can find
in fact I think the pendulum actually
patented this strain just because they
did a lot of DNA a sequencing and
research to be able to find it um so
it’s strictly found in their probiotic I
have been taking it every morning with
my
matcha you can also take it with your
breakfast whenever it really is
convenient for you primary function of
this specific strain is to interact and
improve the gut mucus lining acromium
mucin also decreases with age so I’m
been trying to get my grandparents onto
this and my mom as well based on
preclinical studies it has been shown to
reduce gut permeability which is really
really good and strengthen the gut
lining if you guys are interested in

bar Berard also started some probiotics
recently I think it’s good for them to
have little doggy
probiotics um but anyway we’re going to
go ahead and do a little walk a little
Beach Walk um it’s going to be my
movement for the day and then I’m going
to come home and I’m going to make some
breakfast um so I’m excited to share it
with you guys cuz it’s really easy it’s
easy to recreate but okay girls I’m
going to go ahead and make some
breakfast I have really really been
focusing on having more protein

lately like I said I’ve really been
craving fresher kind of meals and meals
that are easy to make so I hardboiled a
bunch of eggs the other day and that is
my my trick for you guys when it comes
to having like meal prep breakfast I
just feel like eggs are so easy hard
boiling them for the week is so easy I
going to make myself just a little
breakfast bowl so I’m going to put a
little bit of arugula down and some of
these broccoli Sprouts into a little
bowl and then I’m adding my two hard
griled
pegs season this with some lemon
whole lot of olive oil you guys know I
love my olive

salt and then on the side I’m going to
go ahead and have some sheap milk yogurt
with grapefruit and blueberries I have
been so obsessed with grapefruit lately
it’s been like one of my favorite fruits
been having that for breakfast
you guys down so you can

see I’m adding a little bit of caca nibs
unsweeten caca nibs on
top and there you have it ladies and
gentlemen my breakfast I’m also really
trying to have at least 20 g of protein
for breakfast just cuz I kind of stock
like I said at having um protein for
breakfast so a little bit maybe a little
bit less than 20 here but I think
somewhere around that especially with my
collagen MAA I totally forgot my friend
Sydney um the French squirrel has come
out with a new peanut butter and this
one has crunchy dates in it it’s amazing
you guys so I’m going to add just a
little bit of
that to my breakfast

all right guys I’m going to go ahead and
make myself some lunch and I’m really
just craving a big old bowl of um I was
craving oatmeal but all I have is
buckwheat so I’m going to go ahead and
make this I’m going to use about one
half a cup of this I’m going to add hemp
seeds cow nibs uh chia seeds I’m going
to also add some plant-based protein
honey peanut butter and I have this keto
Cloud smoothie and this has cacao in it
too I’m going to pour that in there as
well it’s like very yummy it’s made with
think coconut cream coconut water
vanilla extract alose and cacao that’s
it those are the only ingredients so
quick easy and healthy lunch
all right I actually did not end up
adding any chia seeds or hemp seeds but
I did add cacao nibs blueberries peanut
butter um this smoothie honey and these
almonds and then protein powder milk and
the buckwheat again this took you guys 5
minutes to make 5 minutes and I know
this is more of a breakfast meal I feel
like I kind of switched my breakfast and
L but tast
okay so
good all right guys I just got home I’m
going to have a nice early dinner I’m
kind of still on the East Coast time so
I feel like my meals got pushed up a
little bit which is really nice I I
honestly enjoy finishing my dinner and
finishing eating around 6:00 and just
giving my body some time to digest
everything before bed it feels really
nice so I’m going to make myself a very
very simple summer meal and in the
summer I crave fish more than I crave
meat I have a little bit of takeout rice
from um when I got home and I had some
Thai food for dinner after my flight I’m
going to make myself one pan in one in
the same exact Z Pan I’m going to make
myself some asparagus and this Sakai
salmon it’s also from the same grocery
store that I got the raw milk so easy
you guys 15 minutes

max I’m going to go ahead and see the
this the exact same lots of lemon I do
have this seasoning I don’t really
remember where it’s from I’m use all
it’s very

good I like to drizzle my rice with just
a little bit of olive oil
flavor I also add a little bit of
roasted seaweed on the side for some

crunch one last thing that I’m going to
add to this meal is just a little bit of
soy
sauce okay a lot of soy sauce that is it
you guys that’s dinner I’m going to have
some dessert of course I think I’m going
to
have one of these little fudge chocolate
things it’s so good you guys I’m
obsessed with this and I’ll probably
have another little piece of chocolate
from here as well but that will be
it only
this comparison stops there what I’ll be
right back no what’s new for fall I hear

are you do when that no not really good
