*Ingredients:
• About 100g almond flour
• 4-5 dates
• 1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp hazelnut tahini
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• Pinch of Himalayan salt
*Instructions:
In a food processor, combine the almond flour, dates, raspberries, cocoa powder, hazelnut tahini, maple syrup, and Himalayan salt.
Blend the ingredients until they form a dough-like consistency. If needed, add more almond flour until the mixture can be easily shaped into balls.
With damp hands, roll the mixture into small balls.
At your choice, roll each ball in dried beetroot powder or butterfly pea flower powder or black goji berry powder, cocoa powder, or matcha powder for coating.
Place the coated truffles on a plate or baking sheet and refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.
