ever wonder how to whip up a healthy
meal amidst the hustle of a busy weekday
well Wonder no more today we will be
exploring five easy healthy recipes that
will not only save you time but also
keep you nourished and energized our
first on the table is the avocado and
egg toast a simple yet fulfilling dish
that takes less than 10 minutes to
prepare first toast a slice of whole
grain bread while that’s toasting slice
a ripe avocado once the toast is ready
spread the avocado top it with a boiled
or poached egg sprinkle some salt and
pepper and voila you have a balanced
meal filled with healthy fats proteins
and complex carbs our second recipe is
the quinoa salad start by cooking quinoa
as per the instructions on the packet
while it cools chop some cucumbers
tomatoes and olives toss them together
with the quinoa and add a dressing of
olive oil lemon juice salt and pepper
this salad is a Powerhouse of protein
and fiber that will keep you full for
hours moving on to our third recipe the
classic chicken wrap Grill some chicken
breast slice it into thin pieces lay a
whole grain tortilla flat spread some
Greek yogurt add the chicken cucumbers
lettuce and tomatoes roll it up and your
wrap is ready this wrap is high in
protein and packed with veggies making
it a perfect lunch option next we have
the veggie stir fry heat some olive oil
in a pan add chopped garlic and sauté
add bell peppers broccoli and carrots
stir fry for a few minutes then add soy
sauce and a dash of honey this colorful
dish is not only pleasing to the eye but
also loaded with vitamins and minerals
finally we have the overnight oats in a
jar add oats chia seeds Greek yogurt and
almond milk stir them together and let
it sit in the fridge overnight in the
morning top it with your favorite fruits
and nuts this dish is a great source of
fiber and will keep you energized
