Hi friends 👋 today in this video we will the Healthy Recipes especially for both Diabetic & Weightloss Recipes.
Easy & Healthy Breakfast Recipes.
First Recipe
Whole moong dal dosa
ingredients are
Whole moong dal- 1 cup
oats powder -1/4 cup
again extra oats powder – 2 tsp
green chilli-1
ginger -1/2 inch
oil -required amount
salt -required amount

Let’s start to cook
First take whole moong dal in a bowl – wash well & add enough water to soak overnight.
Next day morning
Take oats powder in a bowl & add again extra 2 TSP of oats powder .
Add 1/4 cup of water – mix well & keep aside to soak 10 mins.
Another side drain out the soaked whole moong dal& transfer to mixie jar.
Add ginger, green chilli & soaked oats powder.
Rinse the oats soaked bowl with little water & add .
Grind into finelly & transfer to bowl.
Rinse the Mixie jar with little water & add .
Mix well – batter will be like dosa batter consistency.
Adjust to add water to turns dosa batter consistency.
Atlast add required amount of salt, mix well – batter will ready.
Now pour the 1 big serving spoon of batter on hot tawa to roll thin layer ( dosa).
Add Oil around the dosa – flip after dosa one side cooked.
After few seconds transfer the dosa after cooked both side well.
Whole moong dal dosa is ready 👍.
Serve with chutney.

Second Recipe
Cucumber adai
ingredients are
Cucumber -2 no’s ( big size)
rava -1/2 cup
chopped onion -1
chopped green chilli -1
grated carrot -1
chopped curry & coriander leaves
oil – required amount
salt – required amount

Let’s start to cook
First wash well the cucumber – cut into equal halves & peel the skin.
Next seperate the seeds ( not use in this recipe).
Grate it & measure the grated cucumber into measuring cup.
We will take 1 cup of grated cucumber to this recipe.
Take grated cucumber 1 cup – add rava & little salt – knead well without adding water.
After knead- allow to soak 30 mins.
30 mins later open the cucumber & rava turns so soft that’s correct consistency.
Now add chopped onion, green chilli, curry & coriander leaves.
Again mix well all – batter is ready to cook.
Keep 1 bowl water nearly – take small quntity of batter ( big ball size) as per video shown, please watch full video friends ♥️.
Add 2 drops of oil on tawa & apply add side.
Now keep the batter on hot tawa , dip your hand into water & rab the batter to round shape as per video shown.
Also like tab the ragi adai.
Little oul around the adai – flip after one side cooked.
Few seconds later transfer the adai after both side cooked well.
Cucumber adai is ready 👍.
Serve with chutney.
