आजकल यह है कुछ ज्यादा ही वायरल हो रहा है
मतलब इसे बचपन में तो सभी ने खाया होगा बस
थोड़ा घुमा फिरा के बनाया है इसे तो इसे
बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले तो मैंने ब्रेड के
चारों कॉर्नर को काट के हटा दिया है फिर
मैंने एक पैन में डाल दिया है थोड़ा सा
बटर और जैसे ही बटर मेल्ट हो जाए हम इसमें
डाल देंगे ब्रेड बटर की जगह आप घी का भी
यूज कर सकते हो फिर हमें ब्रेड को दोनों
ही साइड से अच्छी तरह से टोस्ट कर लेना है
और जैसे ही दोनों साइड से टोस्ट हो जाए हम
इसमें डाल देंगे दूध मैंने यहां पर आधा कप
दूध लीया है पर दूध को हमें थोड़ा-थोड़ा
करके डालना है और इसी तरह ब्रेड को हमें
तब तक पकाना है जब तक ब्रेड पूरे दूध को
अच्छी तरह से सोक ना ले और जैसे ही ब्रेड
सभी दूध को अच्छी तरह से सोक ले हम इसे
पलट लेंगे हम दिखने में तो बहुत ज्यादा
टेस्टी दिख रहा है फिर इसे मीठा करने के
लिए हम इस पे डाल देते हैं थोड़ा सा हनी
फिर इस पे हनी लगाने के बाद हमें गैस को
बंद कर देना है दिखने में तो बहुत टेस्टी
लग रहा है तो चलो अब इसे टेस्ट करके भी
देख लेते हैं मुझे तो इसका टेस्ट अच्छा
लगा और बाकी आप ट्राई करके इसे देख सकते
