here’s what I eaten a day if I want to
lose a few pounds overnight but like in
a healthy way one thing I wish I knew
sooner was just how much excess water
weight we can be holding on to at any
given time so if you’re someone who
weighs yourself every day and you see
the scale going up and coming down
you’re probably not gaining and losing
fat it’s likely excess water but it can
really make you feel super bloated and
puffy and just kind of gross so this is
always my go-to meal plan that really
helps me slim down detox and debloat my
body and just makes me feel so good plus
I’m super satisfied the meals are
