I’m filming a what I eat in a day today
this morning I’ve been having my
absolute go to on record for months now
honestly months Bagel some type of
spread and an ice coffee on repeat
there’s just something about a bagel and
a spread with a ice coffee that is
really hitting me at the minute for
breakfast and I’m getting full
satisfaction from it spread being like a
vegan butter or nush cream cheese that
stuff is divine on a bagel recently
jumped ship to protein works and I’ve
been trying a couple out their products
and I really do love them I’m going to
be making myself a chalk mint brownie
smoothie using their chalk mint brownie
vegan protein I like their vegan protein
because it’s a mix of soy protein
isolate pea protein isolate pumpkin seed
protein sunflower seed protein brown
rice protein so there is a great blend
of protein in their packets 25 g of
protein

person one one of my favorite Chu combos
is Chu mint I love it I’m now off to the
gym to hit an upper body session I’m
going to be taking their pre-workout
with me to try that out as well I’m
hoping it will be a monstrous session

we’re back from the gym and we had a
fabulous
session vegan chicken Caesar salad
lettuce kale roasted chickpeas vegan
Chon very high in protein very delicious
nutritious and satisfying a meal that
has a mixture of carbs protein and fats
is going to associate you for this part
of the day which is obviously really
really good I’m going to be finishing it
with this ridiculous vegan protein bar
from protein works it is in the triple
chocolate brownie flavor I also have it
in the chocolate caramel and biscuit
crunch which I got to say if you’re
familiar with the Biscoff Tre bars these
taste more like Biscoff biscuits than
that actual bar so highly recommend cuz
I had that yesterday and I was like o it
really nailed it for me really did but
I’m going to e my lunch I’m waiting for
Herer to come home now cuz he’s on a bit
of an earlier shift we might potentially
go for a walk cuz it is gorgeous
gorgeous gorgeous outside and we and
love a sunny walk we’ve got a few things
to do around the house in terms of
painting paneling and other little bits
that we’re going to be getting on with
this afternoon and then we’ll be back
for dinner

at work doing some paneling

dinner is served is it a bit too dark in
here let me just turn on the
lights I made us and chil Lett we are
going to be watching Planet of the Apes
the plan of dawn or the Planet of the
Apes because amand made me watch what
would what did we watch yesterday Rise
of the Planet of the Apes yesterday and
I loved it Caesar is
home Cesar is
home I loved it so we’re watching the
second one today um this is what we’re
having for dinner and we might NAB
ourselves a little snack afterwards cuz
that’s what we usually do um um we pause
the film and then we grab ourselves a
little sweet snck dinner is looking
good oh yeah oh yeah look at that you’re
going to actually have to excuse the
mess in the background and the orange
lighting but it is a Vibe being in the
room um this is this one’s job here he
started the paneling we’re going to
finish it off maybe tomorrow since this
video was filmed we have completed the
paneling and a lot of Decor SL painting
has been completed also which will all
be documented Ed in next week’s Vlog
it’s a bit more of a decoration type
