I’m down 14 lbs so here’s a high protein
what I eat in a day while also being in
a deficit for fat loss I started the
morning with having electrolytes GI
complete and some greens if you’re out
and about in the morning and looking for
something lower calorie and higher
protein these egg white grills from
Chick-fil-A are definitely one of my
go-tos ask for the jalapeno sauce with
it so good I also got an iced coffee
with almond milk to enjoy while I walked
for lunch I had Cajun shrimp tacos with
a protein yogurt based cantro sauce I
really like the shrimp for a lean
protein and there’s kolot in it for some
Crunch and volume this was overall just
so good the burger Bowl made a
reappearance for dinner but to make this
more cut friendly I adjusted the B
portions so less potatoes and cheese and
more beef lettuce tomatoes onions and
pickles I’m trying not to overreact and
seem fake but if you try one thing from
these videos make it this and I was
craving some lemonade so I squeezed half
a lemon and some water added Stevia and
ice and enjoyed this with my book
outside in the hammock I ended up going
for a walk as well and when I came back
I finished the day with a cinnamon buff
and muffin from hummusfit and went to
bed
