Abby what are you doing it was my son’s
sixth birthday this weekend and we had a
lot of cake leftovers you know old diet
culture Abby would have like binged on a
half slab in some kind of like cheat day
mentality and then thrown the rest of it
out to like get it out of the house so I
couldn’t e any more a room I died any
further but you know I had a slice at
the party I had another one the next
night and honestly I’m kind of caked out
so whenever I have a big cake with
leftovers I just cut it into moderate
Siz pieces I wrap it tight and then I
store it in a big freezer bag and then
probably the weekend I’m going to have
like a hand cring for something sweet
and then go to the freezer to
deliberately pull out a slice I like
thought it out for an hour before I want
to eat it and I get exactly the sweet I
want to satisfy a craving without
falling into a binge restrict cycle with
like a massive leftover dessert food is
crazy expensive these days and I hate
wasting it more than the next person but
cake tastes better and feels better when
you actually have a craving for it and
actually want it and you’re not just
eating it to get rid of it so yeah want
some cake to go
