same old boring lunch routine it’s easy
to get stuck in a rut but let me tell
you a tasty healthy lunch can make all
the difference and it doesn’t have to be
complicated we’ve got five brilliant
ideas coming up that are super easy to
make and will keep you feeling energized
and satisfied all afternoon so let’s get
to it first up we’ve got a fantastic
quinoa salad this is a belter packed
with protein and fiber now quinoa is a
brilliant little grain Cooks up in
minutes and you can mix it with whatever
veggies you fancy I love using crunchy
Peppers cucumber Tomatoes maybe some
spring onions whatever’s in season and
looking good a simple vinegret is all
you need to bring it all together
honestly you can make a big batch of
this at the beginning of the week and
you are sorted for
lunches next we’re going for a classic a
grilled chicken and avocado wrap now you
can use leftover chicken from dinner or
quickly grill a chicken breast avoc of
course is full of healthy fats and adds
a lovely creamy texture throw in some
crunchy lettuce juicy tomatoes and a bit
of red onion for a bit of zinc and don’t
forget a little squeeze of lime juice it
