Here I come with my new premium recipe healthy paneer sandwich

Ingredients : for one person
Whole wheat bread 🍞
Cucumber 🥒 1pc
Tomato 🍅 1pc
Capsicum 🫑 1pc
Lettuce 🥬
Paneer 🥠 100 grams
Cashew (kaju)50 grams
Salt 🧂
Pepper 🌯

Preparation:
First prepare first paneer spread :
Take mix jar and add 100grams of paneer
Add 50grams of cashew (kaju) little pink salt ,pepper and some water and mix it in mixer first 2min until it comes creamy texture and serve into the bowl .! 🥣

And cut all veggies into slices and keep it side

Take whole wheat bread and spread the healthy delicious paneer spread to the all slices of bread and on one side of bread put cucumber,tomato,capsicum ,paneer cubes and lettuce and close it with other slice of bread .

Add some butter to the griller and pre heat for 10 sec and place the bread between the griller and close it tight and grill for 2 min until the sandwich turn in golden brown grill scars , the. Remove from griller and serve into plate

The Healthy delicious protein and nutritional sandwich is ready ..!
