takes only seconds to make start out
with your favorite Greek yogurt I’m
using a 2% Fat Greek yogurt this is high
in protein and fat and relatively low in
carbohydrates now I’m adding monk fruit
you can add your favorite zeroc calorie
sweetener here whatever you choose and
one teaspoon of vanilla extract this
vanilla extract really makes it taste
great just pour the amount you want add
some previously frozen blueberries on on
top I’ve got a/4 cup here this is a
really fast and convenient dessert that
won’t Spike my blood sugar let’s give it

yeah this tiny little Spike here only
went up by 13 mg this is a really good
result and it’s my favorite go-to blood
sugar friendly dessert right now it’s
low in sugar and has about 20 g of
protein plus the blueberries are really
