[Music] [Applause] [Music] I have found the one thing I think is easy to do at this time of the year and once you form the Habit when it gets colder you can carry on and that’s walking to make sure that I walk Outdoors every day because the weather is better and there is really no excuse to go and get stuck in the gym of course I’ll still go to the gym maybe once or twice a week but outdoor walking a very easy gains because there’s scientific research which shows that the muscles that you use the most when you walk on your calves really burn the most fat so please get on walking if you are able to and most people are able to because if you’re in a cold region just dress warm I know that I could be miserable but I’ve just dropped the kids off from school um actually we’re meant to drive the the my kids school is Lally just around the corner I might take you guys someday to walk it’s about 15 minutes or or less so we decided to walk with them and me and my mom did like a tour around the estate in the morning and guys we clocked on can you read that 4,800 steps that’s very impressive and it’s still 9:50 I’m about to start work now I just want to say that when I do this and I look at the the steps taken look at that the steps taken and only one 14 five calories lost the other day I did a 4 km walk and a pat pat run and after all of that it said I had burned 350 but when you think about the things that we like to eat you can eat so much and just in one sitting and you eat all of the working you’ve done so if you have like an app most phones this is just a normal Samsung Health app try to use it and test putting the foods that you can track and see how quickly all your WS gets put in the bin all your gains just gets thrown out if you don’t watch what you eat and that has really helped me for somebody like me I can just eyeball food and I know because I help people to do nutrition plans I’ve been doing this for years but putting it in the app it’s just like oh a rude awakening anyway hi guys welcome back to my YouTube channel how are you all doing I hope you’re doing great it’s me Lua it’s just getting back on track um I was quite vulnerable in my last video about how I had relapsed but it’s normal I had a lot going on but I’m getting back on track and I’m just showing you how I’m doing this some healthy meals that I’ve been loving lately and not restricting myself on anything just making good choices drinking loads of water I’m sure on this channel it’s all about my second bottle and it’s 950 it’s water it’s um I’ve got certain things that I’ve added to my life which I’ll share on this video it help my God Health my goodness like honestly bloating is a thing of the past for me I’m sure you want to see what that is and I’ll share that later on but just came to introduce this it’s 9:15 in the morning it’s a Thursday working from home about to go get myself a cup of tea and I’ll sit down and I’ll do some work I’ll talk to you parents at the moment visiting so I prepare and bake a lot this is a simple recipe I’ve shared some in the past and when we have overed bananas we don’t want to waste them we make banana bread make banana smoothies we make banana pancakes so if you want to see this recipe as I said it’s quite easy you don’t need any instruments you just you know whisk it and let me know and I’ll share in the description and it goes into the oven for 40 minutes hello hello hello I feel like abandon you guys so I’ve just put my cake in the oven my banana bread for the family I’ve cooked is ready I’ll show you in a minute and I’ve just got a work meeting I’m about to log on that’s me about to log into my meeting and that’s why I’ve got this woman black women change according to the day of the week my I’m actually happy with the turnout to be fair sometimes it doesn’t come out like the way I want it can produce a better result we spend lot a lots of [Music] [Applause] [Music] time one of the things that I have learned just from Understanding Nutrition and what goes into our body it’s it’s really simple okay protein is really essential in your diet veg is as important because of the rough age but the reason why protein is always my star and fat is because it keeps you satiated all day it helps you to avoid losing a lot of muscle when you’re trying to eat less so it’ll keep you full longer and for somebody like me who kind of intermittently fast most days and I break my fast about 1:00 2 I have a meal which is really really high in protein so what I’m having is some pesto chicken breast I’ve just got a mixture of veg I’ve got some Ain I’ve got some Tomatoes some mixed peppers and some cett onions put that in the oven and I also boiled some pea pasta so this is just um protein pasta which again is quite high in calories it’s got some it’s very low in calories high in protein and it’s got a B of carbs but it’s good carbs and then I just added some feta cheese for my fats and more protein because if you are trying to lose weight and especially lose fat it is important to incorporate this in your meals so I add some more chicken and I’ll just roast that in the oven for about 10 minutes because most of it is already ready and I’ve just added some o cheese and some coriander and that goes into the oven and that’s my lunch pretty much done [Music] are you not good at running are you good at running yeah let’s go then let’s go yeah [Music] H wonderful skills you know where this family skills came from no that oh that’s it didn’t enter not [Music] enter went mhm mhm that’s
