INGREDIENTS

1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup egg whites
I used @osmosalt garlic and onion salt, and rosemary (save $ with code 2EXPLOREWELLNESS) as well as a sprinkle of @penzeys justice seasoning

DIRECTIONS
•Preheat oven to 350
•Mix everything in a bowl and add small dollops to a parchment lined baking tray and flatten before placing in the oven for 25-45 minutes. (Check at 25 and keep an eye on them!) they should be browned on the edges (like burnt) and feel firm in the center.
•Let cool before enjoying your crispy snack!
