It’s been a while since I’ve tried an influencer breakfast recipe, so I thought that I’d bring back the saga with this pizza-omelette by @nourishingniki . I did make 1 edit to her recipe, which was to add a spoonful of cottage cheese to my eggs, which is something I do whenever I make scrambled eggs or omelettes, and between that, the eggs themselves, the low-fat cheese, and the chicken sausage I used as my pizza topping, this 381 kcal breakfast was crammed with protein.
