I can’t eat all these Donuts I’m just going to try a little bit save the rest for later nice little meal prep recipe here okay or three recipes actually and we will take our bite swerve powder going everywhere here we go that is a different level of flavor right there wow that is good this is a winner if I was going to make any one of these Donuts here first it would definitely be this one here’s so much here oh my God look at that that looks so good wow done if you like egg sandwiches this is a little Slice of Heaven here oh yeah when you dip it into the ketchup it tastes like I’m sitting in a diner right now these are 100% delicious picture you ever had a blueberry muffin before picture that blueberry muffin and then this is at least as good can’t wait to try [Music] it don’t even have the words for how delicious this is so much volume it’s insane welcome back to the channel today we’re going to be taking a look at Greg duet’s best recipes from his latest rendition of his ultimate anabolic cookbook 3.1 with pictures this time let’s kick things off and dive right into the first recipe which is the anabolic apple pie breakfast bake took the apple bake out of the oven after 40 minutes and well I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again this is a lot of volume now if you’ve been following the channel for a while you know I’m a big fan of this one in particular I’ve said before it is the best Greg duet recipe ever and it’s definitely still on the discussion such a great meal prep recipe so much volume with this one once you start dividing it out into the meal prep containers the only concern you’re going to have is if you’ll be able to fit each serving into to each container it’s absolutely insane and if you like apple pie at all you’re going to love this one 100% next up we’re looking at Greg’s classic lasagna recipe now I know where you’re thinking a good amount of zucchini and a lasagna isn’t going to taste great however all the zucchini does in this one is ADD volume and you miss out on very little the flavor is definitely still there I’ve served this one as a family dinner and no one notices the differ difference little kids it’s literally a lighter version of a real lasagna with the macros to fit almost every meal plan this one definitely is my favorite of all the dinners in the entire cookbook next we have the second best anabolic blueberry muffins ever created definitely the best muffin in Greg’s cookbook and they’re all good this one simply stands out low calorie high protein very hard with an anabolic baked good to still have it taste authentic this one is definitely a 9 out of 10 and second to only exercise for cheat meals blueberry muffin recipe not that dried desert protein muffin you may have tried somewhere else oh my God I’m almost a little speechless they’re that good this one maintains a moist Center and if you use a good tasting vanilla caseine protein powder it’s a winner every time so I just wanted to all right back to the video fourth one up we are back to the breakfast category with Greg’s cheesy grilled egg white French toast an absolutely obscene amount of protein here oh my God it is a ton of anabolic cheesy goodness this is so much food crazy I think after I eat this I might never be hungry again I would even say you may want to gear back the amount of egg whites you put into this recipe however if you’re looking for a way to jam-pack your protein to start the day this is the one that you want to do it with it tastes just like you’re eating at a diner you’re getting all the flavor and even more protein than last time the protein squares on this one provide the cheesiness that you’re looking for and some sugar-free ketchup this is on point when you’re looking for a satisfying breakfast that’s easily going to carry you through to the next meal Cooks up quick and the worst part will be when you finally finish it which I promise you won’t be too quick volume with a capital V on this one then we have probably the most underrated recipe in Greg’s cookbook the protein cicles you’ve never see anyone review this one although I did of course here we go M chocolatey peanut butteriness and very sweet very sweet let’s try another one wow this is really really good it’s like a mix between a Frozen treat and a protein shake but better and sweeter believe me I was skeptical going into it I thought they were going to taste like ice cubes and a hint of protein powder but nothing could honestly be further from the truth I would actually prefer this one to the anabolic ice cream recipes I know I’m crazy which with the ninja creamy recipes are kind of obsolete now but just seems to be a lot of fluff in a bowl now personally for me no ice cream recipe ever sits right if you know what I mean and I’ve tried them with less sthm gum and still having issues but I digress if you’ve tried the paricles recipe let me know in the comments section did you like them are they better than the protein ice cream what do you think curious in your thoughts but this one is a winner if you haven’t tried it I recommend you do so immediately especially with Summer coming up I know I’m going to have these on deck and ready to go in the freezer and finally we have Greg’s dut recipes new ones in 3.1 are absolutely outstanding I did do a review of Greg’s Donuts where I made all of them in one day reviewed the process and taste it each and every one and we will take our bite s powder going everywhere here we go that is a different level of flavor right there wow that is good these first two fillings they were pretty good this one with that Nella peanut butter I think it is amazing incredible wow this is a winner if I was going to make any one of these Donuts here first it would definitely be this one it was the first guilt-free day I’ve ever had eating Donuts I will say they are not for everyone but if you’re looking for donuts that are 8 and 1/2 out of 10 these are going to be best for you even the vegan option tastes good and that’s something I never thought that I’d be saying about any recipe seriously though you have to try this one solid meal prep snack prep recipe totally worth making and if you’ve been sleeping on these I highly recommend that you check this one out and there you have it those are in my opinion the best recipes in Greg duet’s anabolic cookbook 3.1 full of the recipes and now pictures is it worth 150 bucks yes it is you need to stop thinking about it as you’re buying a PDF you’re not buying a PDF you’re buying decad Decades of self-research and experimentation R&D we can call it it’s true though you’re investing in the information and you only pay for it once and you have it forever but let me know in the comments section
