Title: Curd Rice Recipe (300 Cal approx.)
Introduction:
Welcome to Swad ki Lukka Chhuppi, aapka apna kitchen bilkul ghar jaisi baat, chaliye aap ke liye layein hain low calorie meal (Under 300 Cal) for weight loss.
Ingredients:
1 cup of cooked rice with salt
1 cup of plain yogurt (curd)
1 tablespoon of oil or ghee
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
A few curry leaves
Pomegranate for garnish
Roasted peanut for garnish
Cucumber as a salad
Instructions:
Cook rice and let it cool down to room temperature.
In a bowl/Plate, take 100 g cooked rice.(130 Calories)
Add 60g Curd (60 Cal) to the rice.
Garnish with 10 g pomegranate(7 Cal) and 10 g Roasted peanuts (57 Cal)
Heat 1 Tbs oil (30 Cal) or ghee in a small pan.
Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Then add curry leaves, Saute for a minute. After that add tadka on curd rice.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Enjoy your homemade curd rice with cucumber salad 70 g (10 Cal).
