You need flour
1 egg
fruit of choice (fresh if you can)
low fat cream chz for topping only
granulated sugar
vanilla extract
baking soda
salt
light brown sugar
pizza pan and cutter
Add all dry ingredients together: 1 & 1/2 of flour add 1/2 c of sugar, 3 tbs brown sugar, 1 tsp of baking soda, 1/4 tsp of salt. Mix together for 5 pulses
add wet ingredients 1 room temp egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 c of coconut oil.
I skipped adding powder sugar to cream cheese so this treat would be a healthier option.
Remember to spank your dough and let it cool in fridge for 30 mins before baking. After cookies is baked for 16-18mins allow cookie to cool down for 30 mins or cream cheese will melt off. I suggest to use a pin roller to get cookie rolled out evenly.
