[Music] [Music] he [Music] hello you guys good morning I started this Vlog a couple of days ago and I haven’t been able to officially like start it and talk to you guys because after I started it okay so the day I started it a few days ago I got a facial and then I went right to a nail appointment and I got my nails done I don’t even know if I showed the after of my nails this is what they look like I love the way that they turned out I just get a hard gel on top of my natural nails like these are my real nails and it’s crazy they were so long before this and I got them cut and my nail tech just does a Russian manicure like look at my cuticles and she puts like a hard gel on top so it’s not like dip like they’re not going to crack and they’re not going to peel like normal gel does but it just makes your nails like super long and strong and I highly recommend if you’re looking to like grow your nails out I feel like it’s so good because my nails like whenever I have gel I always pick them and then when I’ve had dip it like cracks but these are like the best my nails have looked in so long and I just love getting hard gel and it’s just made my nails so long and strong so if you have a nail salon near you that does that like a Russian manicure with hard gel I highly recommend because it is amazing but anyway I got home from my nail appointment I was like already feeling sick at my nail appointment I was like going into it being like wait I feel like I should cancel cuz like I kind of don’t feel good and I was like I don’t know if it’s just in my head and if it’s anxiety because I talked about it in my last Vlog but I’ve been really struggling with like a lot of stress lately and so I was like maybe I just feel sick because of stress and then I got home I took a nap I was like laying in bed for hours and I then started getting sick and I had the stomach bug for like 24 hours so that was awful and I just hate that feeling and I feel like it’s one of the worst sicknesses to get because the 24 hours that you have it for are just like absolutely miserable and I like couldn’t eat anything I couldn’t even drink water so I feel like I was super dehydrated and I had the worst headache ever but I’m finally starting to feel a little bit better today well I feel a lot better today I was was feeling a little bit better yesterday but now I’m feeling a lot better today and I’m just going to try to take things easy today especially with like what I’m eating and stuff it just like scares me yesterday all I ate all day were Saltines and like a little bit of water and I’m like okay just cuz I’m feeling better I can’t like jump back into it right away but I feel like a lot of people right now are dealing with like a stomach bug I saw a few people post about it on Instagram I’m like what is going around it’s kind of freaking me out but anyway we’re going to get back into things today and I’m going to continue or I’m going to start off this Vlog because obviously things took a turn the other day I’m about to change my bed sheets right now obviously like after being sick I’m so weird I got a new toothbrush I cleaned everything in the bathroom like where I put my toothbrush like the drawer and everything the little acrylic containers that I keep my toothbrush in and stuff like I cleaned the entire thing put everything in the dishwasher I was like I just am not having this like I’m so weird about germs and stuff so I need to clean my bed sheets I actually just got a new set in the mail for spring summer and I’m very excited so I just opened them up I need to go bring them down and put them in the wash always make sure you wash like your sheets and your clothes like anything new after you get it I feel like that’s kind of self-explanatory but some people don’t do it and that’s something my mom has always taught me is to wash it before you put it on the bed these are the new sheets that I got they’re linen and they’re cream they’re kind of showing up like buttery like yellow on the camera but they’re cream and they’re from Brook linen and they’re the linen sheet set so I have the fitted sheet I have a top sheet I dry sheets and I am like doing them all at the same time and they get like the duvet gets all intertwined with the sheets and the pillowcases and then I have to open up the dryer a million times and like unravel them all and they’re like all stuck together does anybody have any tips can you please help me on how to prevent that because it happens every single time I do it and it’s so annoying I feel like it makes drying my sheets take so much longer so I’m waiting for those to dry so I can put them on the bed before I head out I’m actually going to the Bruins game tonight and I’m so excited I haven’t been to a Bruins game in the longest time and I can’t wait I’m going to meet in a little bit I am going to go get ready and do my makeup and I’m really sad because I got a bunch of pants altered and just like I brought them to the tailor a week ago and they said that they would be ready but they probably won’t be ready till tomorrow and I’m like I don’t know what to wear because I kind of wanted to wear one of the new pairs of pants that I got but I can’t so it’s okay but we’re going to do a little bit of makeup and we’re going to do makeup and outfit yeah oh also this Rob that I’m wearing right now is Brook linen I got everybody Brook linen robes for Emma’s Bachelorette and I love this robe I just actually washed it and dried it and it’s my favorite I’m wearing a size extra they’re so cozy and my favorite to put on after the shower and when I’m like getting ready and stuff like that I’m literally out of breath I just did my full makeup I’m in full Glam right now and I just put my bed sheets on because I was like you know what my future self is going to thank me and they’re finally dry look how cute they are they’re linen so they’re going to kind of look like this honestly also my black boots are at Emma’s and I don’t feel like wearing heels or anything like that I just kind of want to be comfy so I think we’re just going to wear this and if I’m wearing a halter and Emma’s wearing a halter then we’re both we’re both wearing one then it’s just not a big deal but okay okay I need a little earring before we go I’m going to wear my was and I’m going to do these they’re like my favorite Jennifer fish Jennifer Fisher hammered Huggy yeah I feel like those are fun or should I do a bigger I’m going to do little guys or we could do not hammered I’m overthinking it’s like how many times am I going to wear a variation of this outfit before I get sick of it I’ve been wearing like baggy pants and then either like a halter or a little vest and I’m like am I sick of it yet I don’t think so we need a jacket Emma said it’s a a little bit chili Blazer actually first I need perfume no yep we have [Music] Blazer but like I’m going to a hockey game I and prco it’s Jin right no it’s like a what do they call it we got Hugo spritzes where we were drinking excuse penalty we were drinking appol and then they ran out of appol so we got a fugo sprit it’s a not a a not uphe Happ tomorrow really I don’t I do and we’re both foring [Applause] halters some many oh they [Applause] did hi guys the Brewing game was so fun last night they didn’t end up winning but it’s okay but it was a really fun time and then I met up with one of my friends after that I haven’t seen in a really long time and I was so excited to see her and then I went home I just had like a really relaxing chill day today it’s a rainy day I’m heading over to emus for dinner and we’re going to cook I have to stop at Whole Food so before we go well before I go because I’m saying we as if it’s like your and I but I have to stop at Whole Foods cuz I’m picking up a few things that we needed I was going to get steak tips because we were going to grill and that’s what we were planning on doing but now it’s raining and I’m like I don’t really feel like standing outside at a grill and the rain and you know when like grill food tastes better when it’s sunny out I don’t know if it’s just me but I really feel that way so we’re changing what we want and we’re going to have pesto pasta which I feel like is like a staple we kind of always make that and we’re going to do homemade pesto pasta chicken Emma has stuff her Caesar salad and I think she made a cake or like cupcakes or something so I’m excited I’m so hungry and I think I feel oh my God I was like what is like wrapped around my neck I’m wearing a halter but I’m so hungry and she got caviar so we’re going to like snack on that yeah it looked really good all my friends are on in Tucket right now and they were eating caviar this morning and like posting it on their Instagram and I was like that looks so delish and I want that so Emma ordered some but okay you can go oh this guy’s all dressed up in his suit oh my God it’s so cute I wonder where he’s going but anyway also something I did want to talk about quickly so we went to the Bruins game last night and obviously I ended up going out after and meeting up oh not me hitting a curb and going out with some of my friends but I did want to say that I’m very proud of myself because one thing that I’ve been working on I know in my last video I talked about how I was struggling with like anxiety and just like my mental health lately and I’ve been doing like a lot of reflecting and I feel like one thing that I’ve done because I’ve been more anxious and stressed is that whenever I am in like a set social setting that involves like alcohol I feel like I have been like overdoing it and drinking way too much and then the next day like I wake up and I have really bad anxiety and I’m like why am I doing this like I’ve never been like this before like I in the past have been the type of person where like I can have two glasses of wine and like be done and I’m I know that that’s like good for me like I’ll have like a buzz but like three I’ll be like drunk like I know I don’t need more than that and I feel like I was just drinking so much when I would go out and I’d be like five or six drinks and then I’m so hungry over the next day and it ruins my whole entire day and I can’t do anything and then I have anxiety and then it’s just like I feel like I spiral and honestly last night I’m so proud of myself because I had a few spritzes at the game April Spritz and then well we had an appil Spritz and a Hugo Spritz and then I went out after and I had a spicy Margarita and that’s it like I had my last drink at like 10:00 at night and then didn’t drink anything for the rest of the night and I’m very proud of myself like I got a really good night’s sleep usually when I drink too much and I’m like hung over I like can’t sleep at all it really messes up my sleep and then the whole next day I’m like I feel disgusting I end up like not eating well because I’m hung over and it’s just like I don’t know it’s not good so I’m proud of myself for that I like honestly the fact that I’m able to even was able to even like recognize that that’s something that I was doing and it bothered me I feel like it’s like a big step so those are just some ways that I’ve just been kind of dealing with I should not have gone to Whole Foods I knew it was going to be busy but why is it so busy cuz it’s a Saturday really weird but anyway yeah I’m just proud of myself and I feel like that’s like the first step is to just like be able to recognize like when you’re in your situation or something is that guy telling me to go like there’s like a ton of parking attendant I’m like oh okay nope but anyway last night was really fun and also my Skin’s been really nice I got a facial I think I mentioned that my skin was like glowing after and I feel like it’s been looking really good okay well let’s go oh my God my camera’s going to die not my camera dying what are you guys mix signals hello do I go or do I not someone’s telling me to go and someone’s telling me to stop okay I gotta go hi guys good morning I am at the gas station right now I’m about to go get gas and I need to get windshield wiper fluid and put it in my car because I have none so we’re going to go do that I have 38 mil left I’m going to fill my car up but I just left the dermatologist I’m getting all my together and I’m getting everything in check and I started a new book actually yesterday and it’s called I should know the name off the top of my head I’ve been talking about it like all day the power of less and I really like it so far it’s such a good book I just ordered it on Amazon last week and it just came in so I started yesterday and it talks a lot about just decluttering not only decluttering your space but just like getting organized and kind of at least the stuff I’ve read so far is about just like doing one thing at a time and not trying to cram everything in all in one day and making sure that you are mindful when you’re going through tasks during the day and like for example while you’re eating making sure you’re only eating and like tasting your food chewing it thoroughly not going on your phone not reading a book stuff like that and then also just like being more mindful like when you wake up in the morning of like the things that you do and kind of coming up with like a good routine for yourself and realizing that you don’t have to like start everything and do everything all at once like if you want to implement new habits and stuff and this guy’s legit s be probably why is this girl talking to a camera but if you want to implement new habits into your routine to do like one per week and so you’re not doing it all at once so it’s easier for you to carry those habits throughout your life and like make it a lifestyle you know what I mean so I honestly feel like that has already helped me so much like and I’ve got so much stuff done I’ve gotten appointments booked today I just went to the dermatologist like I said and I have all my doctor’s appointment signed up so I have a primary care appointment tomorrow to get like my checkup and stuff because I got my own insurance like when I turned 26 and I talked about it before in a video but I got scammed for like a year with this insurance that wasn’t even real insurance and they were just having me pay I was paying like $400 a month and it wasn’t even Insurance like I legit got scammed so now I have insurance like a different one and I had a dermatologist appointment for my that rash that I’ve been talking about for like 3 weeks that’s been on and off I got that checked out today and it’s eczema so I have like a cream for that that I have to go pick up from the drugstore after I go get gas I’m stopping at Whole Foods to grocery shop cuz I have no food it’s Monday morning and I also made yeah my primary care for tomorrow chologist appointment is booked my dentist appointment is booked and I have all like I’m getting my health in check you know like getting all my appointments done and it’s a reminder also to make sure you’re doing them yearly it’s very important to keep up with those types of things because yeah I don’t know but oh okay girl that’s my update just want to give you guys a little update also if you’re looking for a new book to read got to go get gas I feel like I just have like stuff all over I also gave my mom I cleaned up my closet and I gave her a ton of stuff to post on my Poshmark so I’m like out with the old and with the new kind of like decluttering my space my clothes my closet my life and it just honestly feels so good okay I just got back from Whole Foods I’m going to show you guys what I picked up at the grocery store I got stuff to make chicken salad and then I’m also going to make a bow andise for dinner tomorrow I’m going to have it like sit out all day and I’ll Vlog the whole thing tomorrow cuz I’m going to end off this Vlog after I show you guys guys what I got and then tonight I’m just making like a simple salad with chicken so I got spinach for smoothies and then I also got a jalapeno some mint and then carrots for my Banes ginger for smoothies these Tomatoes right here which are crushed tomatoes from Italy and I feel like those just make your sauce taste so much better and then I also got lemon ginger tea to have after dinner lemons for lemon juice I like to like juice all my lemons and put it in a little bottle that’s what I did at the beginning of this video I don’t know if you guys noticed but I like to just have it in the fridge because it makes it super easy to add to your water I like to do like warm lemon water in the morning and then add lemon to my water throughout the day and then I got hummus rotisserie chicken because you guys know how I hate cooking chicken so I got a rotisserie so I can make a chicken salad with one and then have chicken for my salad tonight for dinner and then I also got celery for the bolog some kale some D for the chicken salad pasta coconut water for my smoothies in the morning almond milk I’ve been on a matcha kick so I’ve been getting the vanilla M almond milk and making a hot matcha at home in the morning and it’s my favorite I got an onion some cottage cheese ground beef for the bolines broccoli saw tomato paste my favorite Caesar dress dressing the Primal kitchen one and then I also got some sourdough bread okay I have been non-stop meal prepping since I got home like literally chopping like look at my finger right here I’ve been chopping for what feels like over an hour but I am prepping the dinner right now I have all my kale that I washed and took off the stem I’m about to massage it with some olive oil I cut up some mint jalapeno I have avocado and then over here I shredded up both rotisserie chickens and I’m going to make the chicken salad but this is the last thing I’m going to do I’m waiting for it to cool before I add everything in and then I’m also like I said using some of the chicken for the salad for dinner tonight so I didn’t want to add like I just wanted to keep it plain for right now but I’m going to make the chicken salad probably later after I have dinner but we have the dill for the chicken salad I’m going to do salt pepper mayo a little djel mustard and probably some red onion I’m debating whether or not I want to add this broccoli saw into the salad I’m going to see how it comes out after I massage it but then I have the Caesar dressing I’m going to add to the top and I have cucumbers right here that I’m about to freeze for my smoothies in the morning I’ve been making smoothie with cucumber in it and I’ve been adding mango banana Ginger coconut water dates and it’s really yummy and spinach and then I have some extra celery just for like dipping with hummus and stuff like that and in here we have everything for the bolones already cut up if I can open it we have the celery carrots and onion I’m going to put this in the fridge and then in the morning I’m going to just sauté this with some olive oil add some garlic tomato paste add my ground beef red wine and then put my tomato like the cans of tomatoes and simmer it all day for like 6 hours it’s going to be so good adding some fresh parm on top and probably do a little side salad but that’s tomorrow’s dinner everything is done and I feel so good and it feels nice to have like all the ingredients that I bought honestly just like prepped because it makes everything so much easier and then I cut up my avocado to add to my salad it’s going to be so yummy I might add some parmesan like grated Parmesan on top but yeah okay I’m going to add my olive oil to my kale I feel like before I knew that you had to massage your kale I would eat it and I would be like crunching my kale and I’d be like why does it taste like this like I feel like when I get kale salads like when I’m at a restaurant they just taste so much better and it’s because the Chef massages the kale and it makes it so soft and so delicious I honestly really really like kale I haven’t bought it in a while or like made a salad with it in a very long time but I’m excited to tonight and then it literally just like shrinks down hold on I have like kale on my fingers it shrinks down about like half the size oh even this with just like lemon some lemon and olive oil is really delicious I used to eat it all the time with like salmon on top and it was like one of my go-to salads make sure you massage it really really well I actually am going to add this in I’m honestly going to do like the whole entire thing uh yeah I’m going to do the whole thing because broccoli saw if you didn’t know it’s a cruciferous vegetable and it’s really good for you it really helps balance your hormones I’m pretty sure estrogen but don’t quote me on that just things that I learned from my functional medicine doctor and I feel like it just adds such a nice like crunch to your salad I mixed everything together and I added some fresh lemon and parm and a little bit of hemp seed on top and then put the chicken in there and it looks yummy I’m all done meal prepping I finished the chicken salad we have leftover salad everything for tomorrow and the fridge is all stocked up look how many drinks I have you guys it’s like actually crazy how many lemons and how many drinks I have but yeah everything is all ready to go I just feel very organized and kind of like more put together and I swear it’s because I did a meditation this morning and I’ve been reading that book and I haven’t been on my phone like I haven’t scrolled all day on Tik Tok and I’m proud of myself I’m probably going to go on for like 20 minutes but then get off I really just feel like it is like not good for your mental health so I’m focusing a lot on my mental health right now I am making a little tea I’m going to go upstairs start getting ready for bed it’s like 8:00 right now and I am going to take a bath so we’re making a toy cleanse tea to end off the day and I can’t wait to just relax
