hello everyone and welcome back to my channel for anyone who has joined for the first time hello and welcome here are three alternatives for your takeout favorites that are not only easy to make in the kitchen but also delicious high protein and healthy we are kicking the first recipe off with this Thai salmon fetuccini Tha food inspired let’s run through the ingredients we’re going to use some fetene cherry tomatoes spinach some salmon feta and to blend it all together Thai style cold Blended paste all right first thing I’m going to do is put the salmon on to cook while the Salmon’s cooking I’m going to put the fetuccini in with some boiling water over the top and I’ll let that cook as [Music] well Salmon’s looking good I’m going to flip these [Music] fets salmon and fetuccini are ready to go now I’m going to cook the spinach and cherry tomatoes just super lightly one last thing adding the Fetter on [Music] top all right guys I’m on to recipe number two I’m going to show you a Mexican inspired burrito bowl I’m going to use this extra clean beef mints some olive oil spray light sour cream these lightly solded chips white mushrooms an avocado all Force purpose seasoning and a chili from my dad’s chili garden light [Music] spray I going to put the extra lean beef mints in I’m going to break the mints up then I’m going to put the allpurpose seasoning on and the chili if you’re not a fan of chili or hot food obviously you don’t have to add it in but I am a big chili lover I’m going to add that into the [Music] dish all right beef m is broken up going to put this allpurpose seasoning on top just a light [Music] sprinkle and I am going to add the chili [Music] if you’re feeling like Mexican food this is a really good substitute mushies are going in they won’t take long to cook [Music] all right I’m on to the third recipe I’m going to do a Turkey Patty burger with some potato chips on the side this is a takeaway burger restaurant inspiration meal all right so let’s run through the ingredients I’m going to use some turkey mints spring onion curly parsley garlic can and pepper olive oil some hom bread rolls and for the chips on the side I’m going to use Spotlight potato I’ve cut up some of the potato the oven has been preheating I’ve got it on 200° C I’m going to spray some of the olive oil on top and then I’m going to start making the turkey patties here are the ingredients to make the Turkey Patty I’ve got the turkey garlic spring onion parsley and can and pepper in there to mix once that’s mixed I’ll create it into a mold for the Patty and then I’ll put that on the saucepan it is time to cook cook the turkey Patty I’m going to spray the sauce spin after it’s heated up with some olive oil I’ve only made one patty uh for one meal but obviously if you want to do meal prep or if you want to make for more people you can double triple the ingredients and make a couple more patties going to let that cool for a little bit while we wait for potato chips to be done [Music] there you go guys three takeaway alternative recipes instead of going out and getting takeout you can cook these in the comfort of your own home if you did enjoy these recipes feel free to reach out on my website and I’ll send you a free copy of my healthy high protein recipe ebook thanks for watching guys bye
