So here are 3 recipes to make your Christmas healthier

Rough ingredients for Gingerbread- I mainly just wing it so add extra flour if too wet and extra butter if too dry

2 cups Whole grand plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
80 g butter- melted
1/3 cup honey
1/3 coconut sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs Ginger – or 1/2 tbs if you don’t want as much ginger flavour

Mix all ingredients together with wooden spoon.
Roll that onto baking tray and leave in fridge until cooled
Cut our biscuits and cook on 180° for 10-12 min
