it takes a lot of practice to have enough control that you can have an entire cheat day what I have found is if you have one cheat meal the body doesn’t have near the repercussions and near the anxiety or the want of the food the next day so what I do is I tell people have one cheat meal well how does that start eat the proper breakfast most of our cheat meals are not going to come in the morning they’re going to come at lunchtime or dinner so keep the same regiment and schedule throughout the day that you would on your normal diet or your normal nutrition
