here’s how I make my favorite high protein low calorie iced coffee this is what you’re going to need I’ve been drinking this every day and not only has it helped me lose weight but it’s also helped me save quite a bit of money starting off I used the full bottle of the Premier Protein caramel flavored protein shake it’s 30 g of protein so you’re already starting your day off right then I add in the Starbucks pre-made cold brew you can also use the Starbucks pre-made espresso whichever you prefer I’ve tried them both or you can use a different brand if you’d like I give that a really good mix so that it’s all one pretty color and then I like to top it off with the zero sugar ready whip whipped cream if you guys haven’t tried this already you are missing out it is so delicious now for the star of the show is the Jordan’s skinny sauces this is The Salted Caramel flavor my tip for these sauces is that they are really liquidy so I do recommend storing them in the refrigerator that way it helps with the consistency a little better this is a 10 out of 10
