Green Smoothie
– Bunch of spinach
– 1 banana (usually frozen)
– Frozen mango (approx 1 cup)
– 1 -2 tsps spirulina
– Ginger
– Lemon juice
– Water (or coconut water) (approx 1 cup)
Oatmeal
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1 cup water
– Spices: cinnamon, cardamon, vanilla
– Raw organic honey
– Optional: berries
Pesto Sauce (Salad Dressing)
– 1 cup basil
– 1/4 cup pine nuts
– 2 cloves garlic
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– Salt & pepper to taste
Simple Salad Dressing
– 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– Juice of 1 lemon

– Potatoes / approx 3 large or 1kg small
– Cauliflower / approx 2 cups
– 1 zucchini

Creamy “cheese” sauce
– 1 cup cashews (soaked in warm water for 20 mins / rinse)
– 1 cup veggie broth
– 1 cup coconut milk
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
