10-Minute tomato pasta

Ingredients:
150g fusili pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
15 cherry tomatoes (use more if you’re using tomatoes that’s not much ripe)
Fresh herbs of choice, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste

Recipe:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic, onion and saute until golden.
2. Add thd tomatoes with pepper powder, salt and cook covered for 4-5 minutes on medium-flame.
3. Mash it a bit and add the herbs and cook for a minute.
4. Add the pasta and mix well until combined. Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot. Enjoyy!!
