Besan Chilla Recipe (Indian crepe)

Macros:

14 grams protein
32 grams carbs
2 grams fat

1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp Ajwain seeds (Carom seeds)
1/2 tsp salt (to your taste)
Pinch of turmeric
1/4 cup – 1/2 cup water to create batter

🥗 Any veggies – we used red pepper, red onion, cilantro

Mix everything well in a bowl, heat pan on med/low and spray with oil (we used avocado oil).

Cook the crepe 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

Enjoy this with a side of yogurt, eggs, or on its own
