Ingredients
Green Gram – 1 Cup
Raw Rice – 50 Gm (Soaked For 1 Hour)
Green Chilli – 4 Nos Chopped
Chopped Ginger
Rock Salt -1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Water
Ghee
[Music] let’s see how to make this protein rich and healthy green gram Dosa soak the green gram in water for 12 hours then tie the soaked green gram in a muslin cloth for another 12 hours once you see the sprouted green gram keep it aside for the Dosa soak rice for 1 hour transfer it to a mixer jar add chopped green chilies Ginger salt cumin seeds turmeric powder asera soaked green grham and grind it all to a slightly coarse mixture once done transfer the batter to a bowl add salt and water if required mix well and the Dosa batter is ready now heat a tawa and gently spread the batter over it like a regular Dosa pour some ghee on the edges and roast it on both sides there you go your healthy protein rich and delicious green grum Dosa is ready to be served with any Chutney of your choice happy cooking with home cooking
