Low-calorie chocolate cake! HEALTHY gluten-free sugar-free recipe!

Today I’m going to show you how to make a very delicious gluten–free chocolate cake! Soft chocolate cakes, rich chocolate and sweet buttercream inside.
This low-calorie dessert is a great meal for people who are choosing a healthy food, but like to eat something tasty!

Macros per 100 g (without glaze and berries): Calories 160, Proteins 9.5, Fats 11, Carbs 7.6
Macros per 100 g (with glaze, without berries): Calories 167, Proteins 9.3, Fats 12, Carbs 8.2
Macros per 100 g (with icing and berries): Calories 149, Proteins 8.1, Fats 10, Carbs 8
Weight 2000 g (without glaze and berries)
Form diameter 18 cm (7 inches)
Sweetener: 1 gram of my sweetener is equivalent to 10 grams of sugar.

Cake Ingredients:
Egg 300 g (5 large pcs, or 6 small pcs)
Yogurt 370 g
Green buckwheat flour 90 g
Almond flour 50 g
Cocoa powder 40 g
Sweetener 15 g
Baking soda 9 g

Ingredients for chocolate cream: (170 grams per cake, 500 grams per coating)
Ricotta cheese 700 g
Chocolate 130 g
Sweetener 15 g

Ingredients for white cream: (250 grams per cake)
Ricotta cheese 450 g
Powdered milk (can be skimmed) 40 g
Sweetener 15 g
(For greater stability, along with the rest of the ingredients, you can add 20 grams of coconut oil to the cream)
