so I was just about to make myself some dinner and I thought why not film the process and give someone an inspiration just in case you’re looking for what to make or inspiration of what to make for dinner I hope that this video inspires you to make the most delicious Sous dinner this dinner I’m about to make is going to be high protein and it’s also going to be packed with lots of nutrients and it’s simply just some beans porridge with some saluted vegetables and Grilled Chicken I mean if I must eat dinner I must eat like a king and this is the way that I know to eat like like a king So if you love beans if you love protein if you love your vgin then let’s get [Music] started for this recipe you’ll be needing some beans tomato and pepper blend some onions garlic and pepper spices and ground cfish some canar seasoning cubes pal oil and some salt to taste place a pot on medium heat and drizzle in the pal oil then add the diced onions chopped peppers and minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute [Music] afterwards grab the tomato and pepper blend and pour it into the pot followed by the cish powder canar seasoning cubes some curry powder thyme cumin powder and paprika powder stir everything together to combine then cover the pot and leave this to fry for about 8 to 10 minutes or until it is perfectly fried [Music] just before we go on with the cooking process if you are sh afterwards open up the pot and you will know it is perfectly fried when the oil sizzles on top top of the sauce then grab the washed beans and transfer to the pot mix everything together to [Music] combine then add enough water or stock into the pot to cook the beans through then cover the pot and leave this to cook until the beans are nice and tender while it is cooking we’ll get started on the vegetable sauce and for the vegetable sauce you’ll be needing some green vegetables I’m using both e t and kill leaves but you can use any vegetable of your choice okay I’m also going to be using some chicken breast that I have cut into bite-sized pieces some chopped and pued fresh tomatoes palm oil onions garlic and pepper ground crabfish and spices some cot seasoning cubes and some salt to taste place the chicken breast in a bowl and season with some curry powder paprika powder fuming knar and some salt then drizzle a little bit of power oil pure vegetable oil over the top mix together to combine until the chicken pieces are fully coated with the [Music] seasonings then heat up some power oil pure vegetable oil in a pan on high heat and transfer the chicken pieces into the pan while the chicken pieces are cooking I like to clean up as I cook so I’m not piling up the mess which is something that I highly recommend okay now when the chicken pieces are browned on one side flip to the other side and then continue St frying until all the chicken pieces are fully [Music] browned then add some palm oil and stir the palm oil into the pan before adding the chopped tomatoes onions fresh pepper and then some of that tomato puree then then mix everything together to combine and season with some paprika powder cumin powder canar seasoning cubes and some salt to [Music] taste stir again to combine then leave this to fry for another 7 to 8 minutes to intensify the [Music] flavor after frying add the shredded vegetables and mixx it into the sauce until it is well mixed [Music] [Music] I added the eort T first then the kill leaves afterwards because the eort T are a lot stronger than the kill leaves and I wanted to give it some time to soften up slightly before adding the kill leaves then I also went ahead to add a little bit of water to make the vegetable sauce a little more Saucy St one final time and then take the pan off the heat immediately [Music] [Music] at this point the beans should be tender as well I like to mash up some of the beans to thicken up the porridge even better and that’s the beans porridge all done too all that’s left now is to serve this on a plate and then I put the beans porridge on the bowl and then I topped with the vegetable and the chicken sauce this recipe is definitely worth trying as is my common practice I always like to make enough to last me extra servings so with this beans porridge and vegetable sauce I made two extra servings for the Weg so I just place them in meal prep bowls and then I’ll put them in the fridge and grab them when I actually need it this definitely helps me eliminate any form of cooking during the week as well your dinner meals should not be boring and you should be feeding your family with whole
