this is how to make a flamy which is a high protein low calorie dessert it’s typically made with evaporated milk and jelly but I am using jelly crystals and some chabani yogurt just to make it a little bit healthier and add a bit more protein into it so all you have to do is melt your jelly crystals with some boiling water and you have to give it a really good mix and then you need to add some cool water and again give it a good mix then then you want to pop it into your fridge for about half an hour and then after half an hour you add the Greek yogurt and then just give it a really good whisk until it’s light and fluffy then once it’s light and fluffy you can add it into a bowl or into some little cups like I did and then you just want to pop it into the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours and then you have a little healthy high protein dessert
