Cheesy Bacon Rice Ingredients:
4 smoked bacon medallions
75g (uncooked) rice – cook first
100g onion
1 clove garlic
Dried herbs (optional)
100g mushroom
50g asparagus
4 laughing cow light triangles
Salt & pepper
Protein Pancake Ingredients:
30g whey
1 sachet egg white powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
