hey guys I’m Nisa Homey, today I’m sharing a healthy chia seed cold cocoa recipe no dairy milk no jaggery no refined sugar no fruits super healthy chia seed recipe which you can enjoy any time of the day in your weight loss Journey so let’s get started with the recipe into my blender jar I’m adding in one cup of water add in 2 tbsp chia seeds, chia seeds are a good source of omega-3 healthy fats protein and fiber they’re an excellent energy booster they’re rich in calcium antioxidants and also high in fiber the high fiber and protein helps to keep you feel Fuller for a longer time thus it helps in weight loss and weight management to make this cold cocoa dairyfree I’m using 8 to 10 overnight soaked and peeled almonds almonds also is a good source of healthy fat instead of almonds you you can use soaked cashew nuts walnuts or any nut of your choice or even any Nut Butter of your choice I’m giving this a good mix 1 tbsp raw kako powder 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee powder the addition of coffee will help to kick up the chocolate flavor but this is entirely optional for sweetness I’m adding in soft meu dates you can increase or decrease dat as per your taste if your date is not soft like mine you may need to soak it a little in water and then add it into the blender J and now I’m going to blend this on high speed until everything is nicely mixed and Blended well if you prefer you can also allow the chia seeds to soak for about 5 to 10 minutes in the blender jar itself to serve the cold cocoa add in a couple of ice cubes into a serving glass and pour the Blended cold cocoa over the ice cubes sprinkle in some instant coffee powder on top and my super healthy cold cocoa is ready to serve so guys do try this healthy cold cocoa recipe and let me know in the comments how it turned out thank you for watching and until next time take care bye-bye
