✳️ Macros (makes 2 servings):
215 Cals, 20g Carbs, 6g Fat, 20g Protein
✳️ Ingredients for Noodles:
56g or 2oz Fresh Yaki Soba Noodles Uncooked
5mL or 1tsp Olive Oil
160g or 2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
1 Celery Rib, Chopped
1/2 White Onion, Diced
✳️ Ingredients for Saice:
30mL or 2tbsp Soy Sauce
10g or 0.5tbsp Honey
2g or 1tsp Ginger, Ground or Minced
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
✳️ Directions:
1. Prepare 56g or 2oz fresh yaki soba noodles uncooked according to directions.
2. Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.
3. Grab mixing bowl. Add ingredients for sauce. Mix.
4. Add 5mL or 1tsp olive oil to pan. Then add 1 celery rib, chopped and 1/2 white onion, diced. Add lid and let cook for 3 minutes. Add 160g or 2 cups shredded cabbage and let cook for another 3 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and sauce mixture. Cook for another 3 minutes while stirring frequently. Then enjoy!
