as part of my health Journey I’m sticking to a specific calorie and protein intake so here’s one of my favorite snacks I love these rice cakes they’re 35 calories and this LA and Cow Cheese is 25 calories 2 g of protein and I love my avocado toast with the hot boiled eggs 2 tspoons of avocados 46 calories an egg is 70 calories 6 g of protein and the bread I use is 60 calories so total for everything I just ate is 246 calories and 10 g of protein including this yummy Crystal Light usly one of my all-time favorite meals
