guys I got 170 g of protein in today and I didn’t even do it on purpose so let me take you through what I ate I had protein oats for the first time ever and I was actually pleasantly surprised with how good this tasted Bob’s Red Mills protein oats has 9 g of protein per serving so with the protein and my oats and the added protein powder it came to about 33 g of protein and you know I had to have my protein shake my second favorite protein powder other than chuani is Earth chimp very delicious with clean and organic ingredients protein shs are always one of my favorite things to consume it’s like a little midday dessert so with my added egg whites and collagen this came to about 37 g of protein for lunch I had some chicken tacos this brand of chicken is so good it already comes pre-made so you literally just have to microwave it such a quick easy and healthy meal added some of my favorite yellow bird hot sauce and this came to about 27 g of protein roly roie also has the best bone broth literally 50 calories 13 g of protein these RX bars are my new obsession 12 g of protein and so good for dinner
